Our items are shipped directly to the customer from our suppliers and all items that are suitable/eligible for return are returned directly back to the supplier by the customer.

 

Delivery times are a guideline and are subject to when the order is placed by the customer via the Plymouth Crematoria website and when our suppliers receive and process the order.

 

Items may take longer to arrive with the customer depending on personalisation. If additional features are required and subject to other factors such as sending memorial ashes or confirming personal information for an order.
